In the Saint Sauveur Chapel of Caen David Letellier has built a new sound sculpture called "Caten." The free-floating in the nave of the church mounted installation consists of 300 thin wires connected to two steel cables, which in turn are mounted on rotating arms slowly. Thus results in a constantly changing, delicate surface that interacts the architecture of the church.
The sound composition based on the center later Lichen Solmisationstechnik. Each rotation of the mechanism triggering one of the possible syllables and can result in a permanent re-configured drone.
